AMY SPLINTER
Assistant Branch Manager/Loan Officer
Mitch is a hometown face working at his hometown bank. Mitch grew up on a 50 cow dairy farm outside Kieler, WI. Upon graduating from high school, he co-founded a custom silage bagging business to expand his personal business expertise as well as obtaining boots on the ground experience on various operations in the area. After graduating from UW-Platteville in 2012, he began working for the USDA-Farm Service Agency as an agricultural loan officer before joining the Royal Bank community in 2019.
Mitch enjoys building strong, genuine relationships, and helping customers turn obstacles into opportunities. He wants to get to know you and implement financial steps in order to reach both your short term and long term goals. He is driven, determined, and possesses a “do whatever it takes” mentality while living by three important values: faith, family, and farm.
As a Wisconsin native, Mitch enjoys catching a Badgers, Brewers, or Packers game but if he’s not at the bank there’s a better chance he can be found tinkering on his beef farm, working at his silage bagging business, or spending time with his wife and three little red-headed children.

Amy has been in community banking for over 20 years with experience in real estate and consumer lending. One of her favorite things about being a lender is helping a first-time homebuyer achieve their goal of homeownership. Seeing a family member, friend or neighbor purchase their first home brings a great sense of achievement.
Amy’s favorite season is fall when she can celebrate all things pumpkin! When she’s not helping customers, you can likely find Amy spending time with family, exploring new breweries or baking up something yummy.

Michelle’s favorite season is camping season! When she’s not helping customers, you can likely find Michelle at the campground with family and friends in the summer. If she could choose any other career, it would be a meteorologist as she enjoys watching thunderstorms and weather events throughout the year.
